Dodger, as she names him, is cute, cuddly and full of hilarious tricks. But behind the lovable nature lies a secret. Dodger is America's most wanted Klepto, trained to relieve admirers of their valuables without their knowledge. He also belongs to Azro, a gypsy hustler who will do anything to get him back. Meanwhile Azro is being chased by some of the biggest crooks in town who want Dodger to work for them!
