Treatment times are pre-booked, and in total, last for 55 minutes per person. Most venues opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm (but these can vary so check at point of booking).
Dress Code
Bring flip-flops, gym clothes, trainers, towels and swimwear. Alternatively a robe and slippers can be hired on the day for £6.
