Raiden made his debut as a playable character in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty for PlayStation 2, and appeared as a non-playable cyborg in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots for PlayStation 3.
Metal Gear Rising: Reveangeance will include a code for the Cyborg Ninja DLC. The Cyborg Ninja DLC skin allows you to play as Grey Fox, from the original Metal Gear Solid title, complete with his Fox Blade, which will be upgradable within the game.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is geproduceerd door Platinum games. Dezelfde studio achter Bayonetta en Vanquish, erg goeie actie spellen. Je kunt er dus vanuit gaan dat je dezelfde geweldige gameplay kunt terug vinden in Metal Gear Rising. Het spel is vloeiend, vol met actie en erg leuk om te spelen. Vooral de functie om alles in kleine stukjes te snijden is geweldig, dikke robots die in kleine stukjes uit elkaar vallen in slowmotion! De baas gevechten zijn ook extreem goed, je moet echt alles gebruiken wat je in huis hebt om deze gevechten te overleven. Dit spel is echt een aanrader voor hack and slash liefhebbers.

Een hack 'n slash in het metal gear universum. Je speelt deze game met Raiden. De cyborg ninja met zijn vlijmscherpe zwaard. Het is een game boordevol supersnelle actie en waanzinnige graphics en indrukwekkende eindbazen!!! Het spel is gemaakt door platinum games (bekend van oa bayonetta, mad world en vanquish) dus dat staat garant voor een mega vette action game!!!! Echt een aanrader!!
